All orders will be shipped by USPS Ground unless other arrangements are made.
For rush deliveries please call our customer service department at 1-415-383-7552 for a quote. Order early to avoid problems, but if you require last minute assistance we will make every effort to accommodate you.
Most will be shipped within 1 week of receipt of your order. All orders will be shipped in 3-4 days from receipt of your order. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you and if this does not meet your needs the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be made to you.
All orders will be billed at 10% sales tax unless shipped out of California.
Your satisfaction is our primary concern. We will do our best to satisfy each and every one of our customers to the best of our ability. Any merchandise in original condition and in original boxes may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full no questions asked refund (Shipping charges are not refundable). After 7 days no orders will be accepted back. Please call us directly to obtain a return confirmation authorization. Any items damaged by the customer will not be accepted for a refund. Please include name, address, telephone number and invoice when returning items so we can properly credit your account.
Orders may be cancelled within 3 days of receipt of the order prior to shipping. Once an order is shipped the customer is responsible to pay for the full shipping charges when refusing the shipment.
